1. Using Clapr

Clapr is a calendar for tracking movie and TV release dates. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide a real, working email address to create an account.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, spam, or attempts to bypass the bot-protection on our forms.

3. Release Data Accuracy

Important

Release dates, ratings, cast/crew details, and streaming availability shown in Clapr come from third-party sources and are provided for convenience. Dates and availability can change without notice — we don't guarantee their accuracy, and you should confirm details (like showtimes or streaming availability) directly with the theater or platform before making plans.

4. Ticket Booking and Streaming Links

Clapr links out to third-party platforms (like BookMyShow, District, Netflix, Prime Video, and others) for ticket booking and streaming. We don't process payments, sell tickets, or provide streaming content ourselves. Any transaction you make on those platforms is between you and that platform, governed by their own terms.

5. Wishlist, Reminders, and Lists

These features are provided for your personal organization. Reminders reflect release dates as currently known and are not a guarantee that a title will release on that date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from Clapr
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or bot protection
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

7. Changes to the Service

Ongoing Development

Clapr is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We'll do our best to avoid disrupting your saved data when we make changes.

8. Disclaimer

Clapr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for missed releases, booking issues on third-party platforms, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Clapr after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
